Sorry once an order has been placed, we cannot amend it. You can only refund an item once you have received it, you will need to send the item back to us, please follow the instructions on our returns page.
If your item has been dispatched and the selected delivery time has passed, please email us at email@example.com. We will do what we can to get you a update.
We refund any order via our return slips within 14 days provided the item has not been worn, please see here for more details.
If you have returned the parcel via a trackable service, we recommended tracking the parcel to see if it has been delivered before contacting us. If the parcel is showing as delivered, kindly allow 10 -14 working days for us to process your return.

Unfortunately, not all items can be restocked, but any restocks will be updated on our socials such as Instagram. Its always worth signing up to the email notifications, so if it does come back, you will be first to know.

Although Miss Hussy will try it's up most to have every order dispatched on time however during the Christmas period the couriers do fall a day behind with delivery times, so please order bear this in mind when selecting your delivery method.
