Here at Miss Hussy, we try our best to insure you receive your parcel as quickly as possible and we aim to send out all parcels on the day as ordered if they are placed before 3pm.
UK Free Standard Delivery (Applicable to all orders over £75 UK ONLY)
Spend £75 or more and receive Free Standard Shipping, this offer can be used in conjunction with other promotions. You should receive you parcel within 3-5 working days, however at busy times this may be longer. Should you need your parcel quicker please select a different delivery option.
UK Free Next Day Delivery (Applicable to all orders over £150 UK ONLY)
Spend £150 or more and receive Free Next Day Shipping, this offer can be used in conjunction with other promotions. You should receive your parcel the next working day provided you have ordered before 3pm, Monday -Thursday. Orders placed for next day delivery after 3pm Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and therefore you will not receive your order till Tuesday.
UK Standard Delivery - £3.99
You should receive your parcel within 3-5 working days, please allow for weekends & bank holidays. Postcode restrictions may apply. (Tracked Service)
Next Day Delivery - £5.99 (Monday-Thursday before 3pm)
You should receive your parcel the next working day provided you have ordered before 3pm, Monday -Thursday. If you order on a Friday, you must select the SATURDAY DELIVERY OPTION. Orders placed for next day delivery after 3pm Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and therefore you will not receive your order till Tuesday. (Tracked Service)
Saturday Delivery- £7.99
You will receive your parcel on a Saturday, please only use this option after 3pm Thursday and up to 3pm Friday! (Tracked Service)
Europe – from £9.99* (+£2.99 per additional item)
You should receive your parcel within 5 to 7 Working Days (From Date of Dispatch), please allow for weekends & bank holidays as this can affect delivery dates. (Tracked Service)
Worldwide – from £14.99* (+3.99 per additional item)
You should receive your parcel within 7 to 10 Working Days (From Date of Dispatch), please allow for weekends & bank holidays as this can affect delivery dates. (Tracked Service)
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will be issued with tracking information from your chosen service and can keep up to date with the status of your delivery by visiting the relevant site and entering the tracking information provided. Please note successful deliveries are heavily reliant on customers inputting their correct shipping address information when entered at checkout. In the event that the customer does not enter their correct address, they will then incur an extra delivery charge should they want their order re-shipped.
Miss Hussy cannot be held responsible for missing orders due to the submission of incorrect addresses. Please double-check the address you are entering and ensure the autofill feature on your browser does not input any incorrect details.
During busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received within 10 working days from the date you have ordered, please contact Customer Care by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (DUTY & VAT)
All deliveries to the destinations outside the UK, are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country. You will be liable for applicable duties, fees, and additional charges from customs. Miss Hussy will not be held responsible to cover these charges.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect. Failing this the cost of the customs fee will be deducted from your return refund.
